Alyssa Monk

Alyssa joined Gilded Moth Tattoo & Piercing in 2025, bringing her creativity and passion for tattooing with her from Mississippi. She claims both Dallas and Jackson as her hometowns and made Huntsville home in November 2025.

Alyssa’s favorite styles to tattoo are illustrative color and ornamental black and grey, where she loves combining creativity, detail, and unique design to create pieces that feel personal to each client.

Outside of the studio, Alyssa has a deep love for nature, whether she’s spending time with animals or tending to her garden. She’s a proud pet and chicken mom to six chickens, three cats, and two dogs. She also enjoys furthering her education in school and finding new ways to keep her creativity flowing both inside and outside the studio.
